All rings are made to the UK ring size requested by the customer when placing your order.

If you receive your ring and it does not fit you, there will be a small charge of £15 (but may be more depending on the design) to have your ring resized.

If the ring is to be sized over 3 sizes the ring may need to be remade which will incur the original price of the ring. To avoid this please request a ring sizer at checkout or check your ring size at a local jewellery shop.

If the ring requires resizing please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange resizing. You will be asked to send the ring back in it’s original box via Royal Mail Special Delivery (so it is insured) and you are responsible for the postage and it’s cost.

When purchasing a ring as a gift and feeling uncertain about the size, it is advised to acquire a gift voucher of equal value. This way, you can ensure the recipient receives their desired item. Furthermore, we will include a ring sizer along with the voucher.
