By having an item in your basket, this does NOT reserve it as yours. Your order is confirmed ONLY when your payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email sent to your email address given.

Dispatch Time

Each piece is hand made by Katherine Seaman Jewellery so dispatch times vary per piece. Please click on each individual piece in the shop to see the dispatch times. If you require an item for an earlier date please contact us prior to ordering to check if this is feasible. 

UK Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. Express delivery (via RM Special Delivery) can be added on at checkout for an additional fee. Please note the dispatch time will be added on top of this delivery time.

Here is a breakdown of our postage fees:

• Orders Under £50 -£3

• Orders £50 & Over - Free

• Upgrade to Special Delivery -£6

International Shipping

Orders sent internationally will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Delivery should be within 5-7 days of dispatch but cannot be guaranteed.

There is a cost of £15.

Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may take longer for international orders.

European Union

Katherine doesn't currently ship to countries within the European Union.

Incorrect Shipping Address/Not accepting delivery of order:

Customers will be asked to provide the correct billing address and shipping address. Katherine Seaman Jewellery is not liable for the failure of delivery due to an incorrect shipping address being provided by the customer. The customer is held liable for any costs incurred by Katherine Seaman Jewellery for correcting the address (including the cost of shipping for the item to be returned to Katherine Seaman Jewellery as well as the cost to send it back to the customer).

If you do not accept delivery of the order, the customer is held liable for costs incurred by Katherine Seaman Jewellery for the return of the parcel back to Katherine Seaman Jewellery.

Delays

Shipping is provided by third-party couriers via Royal Mail and they are not controlled by or affiliated with Katherine Seaman Jewellery. If your order is taking considerably longer than expected, please check first the status of your order using the tracking number provided. Please note that UK orders can take up to 3 working days.
