How long does it take for my jewellery to be made?
For information about dispatch times, kindly refer to the 'Delivery and Returns' tab on the product page as each design varies.
How long will my jewellery take to arrive?
All items are sent 1st Class Recorded which will require a signature through Royal Mail. This is usually 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed.
If you require your order for a specific date I recommend upgrading to 'Express Delivery' at checkout, this will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, kindly inform us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing katherineseamanjewellery@gmail.com.
After this time it may not be possible to cancel as your order may already be in production.
How much is delivery?
Orders below £50 will incur a £3 fee. For orders of £50 or more, delivery is free. However, if you would like to upgrade to Special Delivery, there will be an additional £5 charge at checkout. Please choose 'Express Delivery' option.
What if I don't know my ring size?
Kindly state your request for an adjustable ring sizer in the comments box when completing your purchase.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at katherineseamanjewellery@gmail.com and the return address details will be emailed to you.
If your return is accepted, please arrange return postage. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return fees and recommended to return through Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Some items are exempt from returns and exchanges, these include bespoke, personalised items and earrings.

Can orders be expedited?
Should you require your order to be delivered earlier than the estimated time, please get in touch with me beforehand to discuss the feasibility.
Do you offer a bespoke service?
Certainly, we have the capability to produce unique and distinctive items.

Will my item be hallmarked?
Should the weight of the piece exceed the legal requirement for precious metal hallmarking, this information will be clearly stated on the product page.
If you are interested in a piece that doesn't require hallmarking, please feel free to contact me as this service can be provided for an additional cost.
